Qualifications

Responsibilities

Transform and lead a world-class fulfillment center for ResMed.
Oversee personnel and contractors in MHE installation/repair and all building services.
Ensure optimal performance of automation technologies (PLC/SCADA, conveyors, sensors).
Build and lead a high-performing facilities and maintenance team.
Establish preventive maintenance program with KPIs, scheduling, and inventory management.
Develop and manage department budgets and drive safety, energy efficiency, and cost optimization.
Plan facilities modifications, bids, layouts, and contracts; liaise with regulators.
Be on-call 24/7 to respond to critical issues.
