Job summary

Qualifications

• Education in the trades with 5+ years of facilities experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 3–5 years of building construction and maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repairs and modifications of building systems.
• Manage staff scheduling and performance.
• Ensure compliance with NYC codes and safety standards.
• Obtain bids and liaise with vendors.
• Maintain inventory and manage repairs in YARDI.
• Be on-call for emergencies.
