• Experience managing maintenance plans and inventory control.

• Create and manage a comprehensive maintenance calendar aligned with CFA standards.
• Oversee daily spot counts and end-of-month inventory counts; reconcile invoices.
• Coordinate maintenance and inventory activities with Operators and FOH/BOH teams.
• Lead safety training, coaching, and development of team members; uphold brand standards.
