Job summary

ASM Global is seeking a senior Food & Beverage leader to drive growth and brand excellence across our Branson venues. You will shape strategy, partner with the GM, and deliver innovative guest experiences that elevate our dining offerings and profitability.

You will recruit, train, and lead a high-performing F&B team, implement data-driven improvements, and ensure top-tier service during events with a focus on sustainability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a management-level F&B role.
• Serve Safe certification is preferred.
• Proven ability to improve kitchen and front-of-house efficiencies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and brand excellence for the F&B department and guest experiences.
• Partner with GM to craft financial and operating strategies for sustainable growth.
• Innovate operations through new concepts and technology to boost productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing F&B team.
• Oversee F&B execution at events, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Analyze food sales, labor, and guest metrics to optimize margins.
