Stealth Educational Startup seeks a Director of External Affairs to build the external engine that turns credibility into funding for gifted education. You will lead media outreach, partnerships, and donor campaigns from a remote US base, owning messaging, agreements, and performance analytics.

You set the agenda, negotiate deals, and ensure accuracy across all public claims while coordinating with a dedicated operations partner handling awards and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in gifted education or equivalent experience.
• Experience public speaking and interviewing as an official spokesperson.
• Proven ability to source and sign partnerships with companies, associations or membership organizations.
• Experience negotiating influencer or content-creator agreements.
• Ability to explain tax or public policy to the public in plain language.
• Based in the United States, available 40 hours a week, remote work.

Aufgaben

• Serve as principal spokesperson for gifted education across media, interviews, conferences and events.
• Set the message: produce video and social content, review materials for factual accuracy, involve legal review when needed.
• Build the partnership portfolio with companies, associations, organizations and media influencers.
• Negotiate and close agreements, including paid influencer arrangements, to convert audiences into donations.
• Track tickets: partnerships, reach, attributable donations, media engagements, and report results to adjust strategy.
