Responsibilities

• Participate in and contribute to project planning and status meetings.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure high quality production from brief to onsite execution.
• Identify, brief, and manage external vendors; negotiate bids and oversee contracts.
• Deliver breakthrough ideas that meet client objectives.
• Oversee all event production needs for world-class execution.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Facilitate creative approvals including renderings, specs, signage, and POS.
• Develop timelines, run of show, budgets, and reconciliation.
• On-site logistics management and execution.
• Lead day-to-day operations for events including venue contracts, catering, staffing.
• Assist management with staffing, HR, culture and training.
• Contribute to processes that enable smooth collaboration with partners.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve; supervise mid-level managers.
• Foster a strong creative culture and team development.
• Provide thought leadership and proactive recommendations.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and third parties.
• Make timely, informed decisions considering goals, constraints, and risks.
• Act as strategic partner for senior clients shaping their strategy.
• Lead pitches with industry knowledge and innovative strategies.
