Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to lead the development and execution of the ERM program in Irving, TX. The role oversees risk identification, assessment, and mitigation aligned with strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will advance risk governance, deliver senior management reports, and partner with regulators and auditors to ensure robust risk controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications in Risk Management are preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of risk management principles and practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and information.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change at all levels.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the ERM framework, policies, and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and monitor enterprise risks, including strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
• Collaborate with business units to align risk management strategies with business objectives and risk appetite.
• Provide risk management advice and training to business units to promote a risk-aware culture.
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and the board of directors.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management activities and make recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to risk management.
• Lead risk assessment and scenario analysis exercises.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including regulators and auditors, on risk management matters.
