Job summary

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of fifteen years of experience in mechanics, equipment, and/or fleet management.
• Minimum of five years of people management experience.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment sourcing, maintenance, rentals, yard operations, capital planning, and fleet strategy.
• Partner with project teams to determine the best buy, rent, or partner solutions.
• Maintain an active presence at yards and jobsites to drive safety and efficiency.
• Develop and mentor staff to build a high‑performing operation.
