Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related technical discipline is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years experience in geotechnical and/or environmental consulting with leadership and project management.
• 3+ years of team leadership or management experience in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Professional registrations (PE/PG/CHMM or similar) strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state environmental regulations (CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, CAA, EPCRA).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Environmental Due Diligence and Compliance department with focus on service lines and client delivery.
• Supervise and mentor a team of environmental professionals across project types and levels.
• Oversee workload, performance reviews, hiring, and staff development.
• Ensure timely delivery of defensible Phase I/II ESAs and related reports.
• Manage client relationships and support business development and proposals.
• Oversee permits, plans, and reports (SPCC, air/water/waste permits, Tier II/TRI).
