Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to drive analytics across environmental services. You will work with digital teams, SMEs, and engineers to analyze environmental data and develop analytics tools and technologies.

The role includes IP/R&D oversight, team growth, and collaboration with sales for technical delivery. The position emphasizes leading multi-disciplinary projects, evaluating analytics platforms, and guiding innovation investments to keep CDM Smith

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 12 years of related experience.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Assist Digital teams in evaluating data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental data applications.
Collaborate with sales and digital subsidiary Trinnex on technical sales, design, and delivery of analytics solutions.
Coordinate with local, national, and international technical teams to expand capabilities.
Develop processes to evaluate ideas and initiatives for potential innovation investment.
Manage IP and R&D investments, identify IP for protection, and align with patent processes.
Grow a team of environmental data analytics practitioners and engage with cross-functional groups.
Identify conferences and working groups to enhance technical visibility and promote capabilities.
Track opportunities and client relationships for environmental data analytics services.
