You will partner with senior leaders and technology teams to align data work with institutional priorities and ensure governance, quality, and value.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and experience driving data-driven decision-making in a large, complex organization.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of leadership in data strategy, analytics, or AI strategy.
• Strong executive presence and ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience building enterprise data and analytics programs that deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy aligned with institutional priorities.
• Strengthen governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Oversee enterprise reporting, dashboards, and AI-enabled insights.
• Translate data opportunities into practical recommendations for executives.
• Identify innovative uses of AI and predictive analytics to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate across units to prioritize high-value initiatives and ensure scalability.
• Mentor data/BI teams to foster collaboration and improvement.
• Partner with technology leaders to enable secure, scalable data/AI use.
