Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned leader to spearhead enterprise technical training and workforce capability. You will own the strategy across nuclear and non-nuclear programs, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations while aligning with business priorities and capital projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of nuclear or technical operations experience with leadership in training.
Experience leading large, complex training organizations and enterprise initiatives.
Deep knowledge of Systematic Approach to Training and regulatory frameworks (NRC, INPO, 10 CFR 50/55).
Proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, and performance analytics.
Experience leading accreditation processes and regulatory evaluations (INPO, NRC).
Background in enterprise learning governance, instructional technology, or simulation programs.
Experience leading teams across dispersed geographies.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise technical training strategy and workforce capability with end-to-end accountability.
Establish consistent standards and governance across all programs.
Partner with operating leaders to ensure regulatory compliance and readiness.
Drive continuous improvement and instructional excellence across the organization.
Own training strategy, budgets, and staffing for large-scale initiatives.
Chair enterprise training governance and ensure quality standards.
