Job summary

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, product leadership, and applied AI, collaborating with internal units to translate opportunities into scalable AI products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product development or services or operations with capital equipment lifecycles.
• Proven leadership of complex, cross-functional portfolios.
• Experience with digital transformation and ML/AI‑driven solutions.
• Strong domain expertise applying AI/ML to industrial contexts.
• Experience working with senior executives to shape strategy and investments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Functional AI product roadmap aligned with Lam’s priorities.
• Own the full AI product lifecycle from ideation to value realization.
• Lead executive reviews of AI portfolios, roadmaps, and value realization.
• Collaborate with business units and engineering to drive adoption and impact.
