Job summary
MZLA Technologies Corporation is seeking a Senior Lead, Enterprise Partnerships & Strategy to shape our enterprise offerings. You will partner with the CEO and cross-functional teams to craft models, pricing, and packaging, especially for Europe, while moving opportunities forward with senior partners in a lean environment.
The role requires regular NA time overlap, travel, and collaboration with internal Mozilla entities, with a focus on building a repeatable enterprise approach for Thunderbird
Qualifications
- 15+ years in product, strategic partnerships, or enterprise strategy
- Experience building a new partnership in a partner-led environment
- Experience with European enterprises or regulated institutions
- Strong understanding of digital sovereignty in Europe
- Experience with resellers, SI partners, or implementation partners
- Experience pricing, packaging, licensing, reseller models
- Technical fluency to work with engineering and enterprise stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Define and execute an enterprise strategy across MZLA's products and services
- Translate digital sovereignty priorities into enterprise and partnership requirements
- Identify and advance enterprise opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Clarify roles across MZLA, external partners, and Mozilla entities
- Develop pricing, packaging, licensing, revenue-sharing, and support models
- Lead or support partner negotiations and senior-level commercial discussions
- Collaborate with product and engineering on capabilities, deployments, and roadmaps
- Translate technical capabilities into clear enterprise propositions
- Build processes and decision frameworks for repeatable execution
