You will lead a distributed team, standardize processes, govern ERP/CRM and data platforms, and partner with business executives to deliver measurable value while ensuring compliance and high performance across regions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• 10+ years leading global, virtual teams.
• ITIL Foundation Certification and PMP/PgMP/Agile or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise business systems strategy aligned with digital transformation.
• Lead a global, virtual team spanning Europe and North America.
• Govern ERP, Financial, CRM, and data analytics platforms with a focus on value realization.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate strategy into system capabilities.
