Asahi Kasei Bioprocess America, Inc. in Cary, NC seeks an Executive Director, IT Business Systems to lead the global enterprise systems strategy and drive digital transformation across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Medical, Quality, Clinical, Regulatory and Corporate Functions.

You will manage a distributed team across Europe and North America, govern ERP/CRM/data analytics platforms, and advance data governance and AI-ready analytics to deliver measurable business value through

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience.
10+ years of people management in global/virtual environments.
ITIL Foundation Certification.
PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience with ERP, EPM and data platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle EPM, Power Platform is preferred.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute the enterprise IT Business Systems strategy aligned with digital transformation.
Lead and mentor a global, virtual team across Europe and North America.
Build strong relationships with functional leaders and translate business strategy into system capabilities.
Govern ERP, financial systems, CRM, data analytics, and integration platforms.
Drive operational excellence, change management, and value realization for system investments.
Establish and monitor KPI dashboards, portfolio status, risks and dependencies for IT PMO & CIO.
