Job summary

Asahi Kasei Therapeutics is seeking an experienced IT leader to drive strategic global systems transformations in a hybrid work model from the United States. You will mentor cross‑functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, and Clinical operations while delivering scalable ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience.
10+ years of people management in a global and virtual environment.
ITIL Foundation Certification.
PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience with ERP, EPM and data platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle EPM, Power Platform is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise Business Systems strategy aligned with digital transformation goals.
Lead and partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations and other functions.
Direct cloud-based enterprise systems, analytics, and digital processes.
Foster a coaching culture, mentor a global team, and drive value realization.
Build governance for data, analytics, and system investments across regions.
