Zocks AI is seeking an Implementation Manager in Denver to drive successful deployments for financial services clients. You’ll manage multiple client projects, ensuring seamless integrations and strong relationships, with a focus on delivering high-impact outcomes.

You will partner with clients and internal teams to define success criteria, milestones, and adoption targets, while leading cross-functional collaboration and technical leadership in a customer-facing setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical implementation or solutions delivery roles.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Outcome-oriented mindset, capable of prioritizing tasks to meet client objectives.
• Thrives in a high-visibility, high-impact role and is comfortable managing competing priorities.
• Enjoys problem-solving across varying domains, from technical integrations to business workflows.
• Relishes collaborating with diverse teams to achieve shared success.
• Exhibits strong customer-facing skills, with a high emotional intelligence (EQ) and a passion for working directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact for customer deployments, managing multiple workstreams across diverse teams.
• Collaborate with clients to define success criteria, deployment milestones, and usage targets.
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timely delivery.
• Lead integration efforts, defining and deploying solutions that meet client-specific needs.
• Serve as an escalation point for technical and integration-related challenges.
• Work with product and engineering teams to test, document, and roll out new features to clients.
• Work with support teams to address and resolve complex customer issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Simplify technical concepts to drive understanding and adoption among non-technical stakeholders.
