Job summary

Zocks Communications, Inc. is hiring a Director of Implementation in Denver to build and lead the team responsible for onboarding, deploying and training enterprise and mid-market customers including large RIAs, broker-dealers, banks, and other financial services firms.

You will recruit, develop, and scale the team, design playbooks and systems for scalable delivery, and be comfortable in front of largest customers during complex deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in implementation, professional services, solutions delivery, or related post-sales function, includingleading and building teams.
• Experience in financial services with aptitude in customer systems (CRMs, Financial Planning Software, Custodian Software) and ability to discuss technical questions credibly.
• Experience hiring, developing, and scaling high-performing customer-facing teams during rapid growth.
• Experience owning enterprise and mid-market SaaS implementations end to end with timelines, adoption, and outcomes.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on customer value and a builder's mindset creating processes, playbooks and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Implementation Team for mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Drive end-to-end outcomes: time-to-live, deployment quality, adoption at go-live, customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Post-Sales for smooth handoffs and feedback into the product.
• Own cross-functional delivery excellence and scale the post-sales operating model.
