Job summary

Tucson Electric Power is seeking a Principal, Enterprise Execution & Standards Oversight to lead enterprise-level delivery standards and governance across a hub-and-spoke PMO model. The role reports to the Director of the Enterprise Execution Office and drives consistent execution across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in a related field and strong PMO/portfolio delivery knowledge.
• Experience establishing enterprise project/program delivery standards, governance, portfolio reporting.
• 10+ years in enterprise program/portfolio delivery, PMO operations, or enterprise governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise project and program delivery standards and an enterprise delivery playbook.
• Establish governance frameworks, stage gates, and decision rights for accountability.
• Drive adoption of consistent delivery practices across functional PMOs without over-centralizing ownership.
• Standardize enterprise portfolio reporting and provide executive dashboards.
• Serve as a single source of truth for portfolio visibility and standards artifacts.
