Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in workplace experience, corporate events, hospitality, or related fields.
• Demonstrated enterprise-scale leadership and influence across complex, matrixed environments.
• Ability to translate enterprise strategy into operating models and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high-impact events, executive meetings, and enterprise conferences at scale.
• Lead onsite and hybrid execution with governance, standards, and cost controls.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts, and chargeback models.
• Use data on attendance, space utilization, and feedback to refine the experience model and inform investments.
