Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking an Enterprise Data & Insights - Lead Product Manager in Cleveland, OH to oversee data product development from concept to launch. You will partner with senior leaders, define requirements, and drive the product roadmap for corporate functions, ensuring on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment.

You will lead with agile and waterfall approaches, emphasize UX, data insights, and performance analytics, and report to the HQ in Cleveland.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration, or in lieu of a degree, or at least 9 years of experience in the field of technology product management
6+ years of experience in technology product management with experience in launching and managing successful products
Extensive knowledge of product development and launch processes, including agile methodologies
Extensive knowledge of production innovation methodologies and leading practices
Ability to conduct advanced market research and analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
Proven experience with hardware or software product development
Extensive knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and customer-centric design thinking
Expertise in business processes, including IT, vendor management, and software development lifecycle
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business language
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute product strategy, including roadmaps, priorities, pricing, budgeting, positioning, and messaging
Define product requirements with business, work with engineering/design to ensure vision is understood and executed
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends and threats
Define, track, and report on product metrics to measure success
Shape and prioritize the product backlog and determine customer needs
Plan and lead the product development process from concept to launch
Manage knowledge documentation to support the product
Communicate product updates to stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and guide the team
Lead product performance reviews and drive continuous innovation
