Job summary
Kestra Holdings is seeking a strategic, senior leader to direct enterprise BI, advanced analytics and AI. You will shape the analytics roadmap, own Tableau Next and semantic models, and partner with executives to deliver trusted, data-driven insights that drive advisor growth and client outcomes.
The role requires deep Wealth Management experience, executive presence, and a track record of delivering measurable business value through analytics leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in BI/Analytics/Decision Intelligence.
- 5+ years leading enterprise analytics organizations.
- Deep Wealth Management/Financial Services expertise.
- Proven success influencing senior executives through data-driven recommendations.
- Strong knowledge of wealth operations and advisor analytics.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute an analytics and AI roadmap aligned to business goals.
- Own Tableau Next strategy and enterprise dashboards for executives.
- Partner with executives to embed decision intelligence in workflows.
- Lead analytics product teams and drive adoption of data products.
- Modernize analytics using AI, cloud, and governance best practices.
