Job summary

You will shape the analytics roadmap, own Tableau Next capabilities, and build semantic models to drive advisor growth, client experience and operational efficiency. You will partner with business and technology executives to deliver measurable outcomes, lead analytics product teams, and modernize wealth management analytics through data-driven decisioning and AI
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in BI/Analytics/Decision Intelligence, including 5+ years in leading enterprise analytics.
- Wealth management and financial services experience with executive presence.
- Proven track record building BI/Analytics capabilities influencing senior executives.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute an analytics and AI roadmap aligned to growth and performance.
- Lead Tableau Next strategy and enterprise dashboards and KPI governance.
- Partner with executives to embed decision intelligence into business workflows.
- Develop analytics product leadership and delivery capabilities across teams.
