Job summary

McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is seeking a seasoned Manager of Enterprise Applications to lead a portfolio of firm-wide applications, data architecture, and the document management platform. You will report to the CIO and partner across departments to drive modernization, improve reporting, and ensure reliable, secure systems that support client service and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience managing enterprise applications and leading complex tech initiatives.
• Proven success delivering enterprise software implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Experience leading technical teams, coaching, and performance development.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, data workflows, and platform governance.
• Hands-on with legal tech platforms like NetDocuments and Aderant, including config and workflow development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of enterprise applications professionals.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise applications, including integration and retirement.
• Direct ongoing development of the firm's document management system and data architecture.
• Drive data warehouse strategy and reporting capabilities to enable analytics.
• Develop a multi-year enterprise applications roadmap in partnership with the CIO.
• Advance cloud adoption, platform optimization, and modernization initiatives.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with attorneys and business teams to deliver efficient technology solutions.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance across all enterprise applications.
