Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Analytics to build and lead the analytics function across the organization. You will own metrics like ARR, bookings, pipeline, and product usage, and deliver executive-level insights to drive strategic decisions.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage a team including Data Analysts, BI Analysts, and Analytics Engineers, while partnering with Finance, Product, Sales, and Engineering to align reporting and performance measures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise analytics or BI at director/VP level.
• Proven governance of enterprise metrics in SaaS or subscription models.
• Strong SaaS metrics knowledge: ARR, ACV, Bookings, ATR, NRR.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern key business metrics, ensure accuracy and governance.
• Lead analytics team across Data Analysts, BI Analysts, and Engineers.
• Partner with executives to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Create self-service analytics and enterprise data products.
• Promote AI-powered analytics tools and workflow automation.
