Job summary

Darktrace seeks a seasoned Vice President of Enterprise Analytics to establish and lead the analytics function, measuring and communicating business performance at the highest level.

The role reports to senior leadership and will build a team of Data Analysts, BI Analysts, and Analytics Engineers, leveraging AI-enabled analytics to improve efficiency and impact across the organization. Hybrid/remote options are available, with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience at Director/VP level in analytics.
• Experience owning enterprise metrics in SaaS or subscriptions.
• Strong expertise in SaaS metrics: ARR, ACV, Bookings, ATR, NRR, funnel performance.
• Experience building dashboards and self-service data products, and partnering with data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own definition, governance, and accuracy of key metrics (ARR, bookings, pipeline).
• Lead enterprise metric governance with ownership models and change controls.
• Deliver data-driven insights to executive leadership and drive strategic decisions.
• Partner with VP Data to align data platforms, engineering, and analytics.
• Build and maintain enterprise data products, dashboards, and self-service analytics.
