Job summary

Qualifications

• 12–18+ years in AI, ML, Data Science, Analytics, Technology, or Digital Transformation.
• 5+ years in AI/ML leadership with enterprise-scale responsibility.
• Proven experience developing and executing an enterprise AI strategy.
• Strong hands-on understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, ML, NLP, CV, and MLOps/LLMOps.
• Experience taking AI initiatives from PoC to production at scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
• Establish AI governance, policies, and controls.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities across insurance, investments, and operations.
• Lead AI initiatives in underwriting, claims, customer service, and analytics.
• Oversee AI platforms, model infrastructure, APIs, and deployment environments.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and IT to ensure responsible AI.
• Build AI labs or centers of excellence and drive adoption.
• Identify opportunities for AI-enabled products and services.
• Manage vendor relationships and AI vendor contracts.
• Recruit and retain AI talent and build capability across the organization.
