Job summary

Everest Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Group Head of AI in Warren, NJ to drive enterprise AI strategy and execution.

You will lead the AI roadmap, partner with underwriting, pricing and claims teams, and build a high-performing AI organization across the Global Operations & IT function. The role requires 10+ years of leadership in AI-related functions, a strong grasp of ML and regulatory risk, and a track record of delivering measurable business impact in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of leadership experience in strategy transformation, technology, analytics or AI related functions.
• Experience leading enterprise initiatives within (re)insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, generative AI, automation, and data-driven operating models.
• Technical fluency in AI infrastructure and enabling technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or math. An advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise AI strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize AI value creation opportunities for underwriting, pricing, claims, and operations.
• Build an industry leading AI organization by attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent.
• Collaborate with technology and data teams to scope requirements and deliver AI capabilities.
• Drive adoption and outcomes of AI solutions by working with underwriting, claims, and actuarial teams to embed AI insights into decision-making processes.
• Support organizational alignment and change management to drive AI adoption and business integration.
• Own AI strategy alignment with enterprise risk and compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, vendor solutions and market trends relative to the (re)insurance industry.
