Qualifications

• Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
• Develop predictive, prescriptive, and ML models across the organization.
• Oversee BI platforms, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Embed analytics into business processes and drive ROI and risk management.
• Partner with data governance and IT on data architecture and quality.
• Promote experimentation and adoption of emerging analytics tech.
• Build and lead analytics and data science teams.
