You will build scalable EL programs, coordinate with district and state partners, and guide coaches to meet current and forecasted EL needs while maintaining compliance and rigorous quality standards.

• Proven program leadership and coach development.
• Strong collaboration across departments and districts.

Responsibilities

• Lead EL content and coach training models for Bailey Education Group.
• Develop and codify a consistent EL training/services framework.
• Identify and recruit EL coaches aligned to demand.
• Coordinate with State Directors to surface EL opportunities and projects.
• Lead training and professional learning for instructional and leadership coaches on EL practices.
