Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Director of Engineering and Security for Black Rock Mountain Resort in Utah. This senior leader will oversee engineering, facilities maintenance, infrastructure, and property security across the hotel and ice hockey events center.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering, facilities maintenance, infrastructure management, and property safety.
• Lead the Engineering department, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire safety, life safety, and building automation systems.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs and capital improvement projects.
• Oversee ice rink refrigeration systems and the ice hockey events center operations.
• Direct security operations, including surveillance systems, access control, and incident response.
• Coordinate with Events, Sales, Housekeeping, Front Office for property improvements and event readiness.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, fire codes, building codes, ADA) and safety training.
