Job summary

M3 is seeking a Director of Engineering, Core, to provide visionary leadership for the engineering organization and execute the technology roadmap. You will oversee scalable, secure .NET-based solutions and drive AI-assisted development practices while aligning with business goals and customer needs.

You will mentor managers and leads, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and govern SDLC, CI/CD, and cloud-native initiatives to improve velocity, quality, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Engineering; Master preferred.
• 10+ years leading web/SaaS teams with 5+ years in senior engineering leadership.
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL/noSQL, cloud platforms (Azure), microservices, and DevOps.
• Experience with AI development technologies and AI-assisted development practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the engineering organization.
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure .NET-based applications and services.
• Mentor engineering managers, leads, and engineers; promote growth and knowledge sharing.
• Govern SDLC, agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and technical standards across teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Data Eng to deliver features on time and budget.
