Job summary

M3 is seeking a seasoned Director of Cloud Networking and Infrastructure to lead the design, operation, and ongoing optimization of our cloud network, with primary accountability for the Azure platform hosting our core SaaS offerings. You will direct hybrid connectivity, security, and capacity planning, guiding a high‑performing team of network engineers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in network/infrastructure roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, CS, or related field.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Deep Azure networking expertise: VNets, subnets, NSGs, ExpressRoute, DNS, cost monitoring.
• Experience with hybrid/multi‑environment network design and cross‑boundary latency diagnostics.
• Experience with Citrix/VDA and FSLogix for app delivery.

Responsibilities

• Owns architecture, design, and health of M3’s cloud network and Azure infrastructure.
• Leads hybrid connectivity between Azure and private/cloud environments (VPN/ExpressRoute).
• Oversees VDA/Citrix infrastructure, session performance, and profile management (FSLogix).
• Partners on network security, including segmentation, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and compliance (SOC 1, ISO).
• Drives disaster recovery planning, RTO/RPO, and failover/failback design.
• Plans capacity, performance engineering, and budgeting for compute, storage, and network tiers.
