Qualifications

• 10+ years in web/SaaS engineering leadership.
• 5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles.
• Strong Azure, .NET, microservices and DevOps experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor engineering managers, leads, and teams.
• Govern SDLC, CI/CD, security, compliance, and developer productivity.
