Job summary

Evolve Transporters is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the engineering organization, shape the product vision, and drive innovation, quality, and continuous improvement across premium transporters and mobile solutions.

You will own the engineering strategy, manage a high-performing team, and balance quality, cost, customer requirements, and operational efficiency to deliver reliable, scalable products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with product development, fabrication, welding, and manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to drive quality, reliability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to assess technical risks, evaluate alternatives, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
• Demonstrated critical-thinking and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and hold accountable the engineering team.
• Serve as final approval authority for drawings, BOMs, and ECOs.
• Improve durability, reliability, and warranty reduction.
• Drive product excellence and continuous improvement across all Evolve products.
• Partner with Operations to improve manufacturability and eliminate waste.
• Champion data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
