Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Proven leadership experience in engineering, preferably in consulting.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to excellence and ongoing professional development.
• 2+ years of development experience at some point in career.
• Familiarity with Bash scripting, Java, Jenkins, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee strategic and operational aspects of the engineering department.
• Advocate for and implement efficient engineering solutions for clients.
• Manage the engineering team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
• Foster a collaborative and inspiring environment within the team.
• Coordinate with other department leaders to align projects with business goals.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specifications.
• Define KPIs for productivity, delivery and quality.
