Qualifications

• 12+ years in engineering.
• 5+ years leading teams.
• Write clean, well-tested code and ship end-to-end systems.
• Develop staff and principal ICs who raise other teams.
• Have systems judgment and experience with infrastructure.
• Developer experience as a product and setting standards.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and grow a small team of engineers.
• Build the platform the whole engineering org runs on: developer platforms, deployment pipelines, observability, and tooling.
• Automate infrastructure as code on Kubernetes and AWS (Pulumi, cdk8s, ArgoCD).
• Build the harnesses agents execute inside (sandboxing, audit trails, rollback).
• Set the engineering standards for reliability, operability, and architectural coherence.
