Job summary

IMPACT is seeking a leader to build and run the Endless Customers Coaching & Training practice, overseeing coaching programs, products, and the Endless Customers Academy. Hybrid work in the Cheshire, CT area is preferred, with occasional travel.

You will define the vision, set priorities, and drive profitability for the practice for 2027 and beyond, leading a team of coaches and collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and client services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in coaching or consulting leadership roles.
• Experience running a practice with revenue and margin.
• Ability to set strategy and deliver results.
• Strong client-facing and sales capability.
