Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Marketing Manager in Denver, CO to lead and develop a team of embedded marketers dedicated to Capital Markets Broker Teams, coaching them to deliver high‑impact marketing and project management. You will establish processes, recruit and onboard talent, and collaborate with leadership to meet broker‑team goals.

Compensation ranges from $89,250 to $105,000 annually with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience (real estate, agency, architecture, or commercial construction preferred)
• Experience managing a distributed/decentralized team of embedded marketers
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
• Excellent written and oral communication, stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of embedded marketers dedicated to a specific Broker Team
• Provide day-to-day coaching, prioritization, and problem-solving guidance
• Equip marketers with resources, templates, and training
• Serve as escalation advisor for complex projects while guiding execution
• Establish consistent marketing processes and brand standards
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews
• Coordinate knowledge-sharing and best practices
• Drive talent recruitment, onboarding, and career development
• Communicate performance and capacity to Broker Team leadership
