You will translate market data into engaging visual stories and own projects from concept through final delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, expert Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a strong portfolio. This onsite Boston position offers comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in high-volume agency or corporate marketing.
• Commercial real estate, property marketing, architecture, or related marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development and execution of property marketing materials from concept through final production.
• Translate property positioning, audiences, and objectives into compelling visual solutions.
• Create logos, brand systems, and look-and-feel concepts that capture property essence and identity.
• Translate complex property data into visual communications including maps, infographics, and charts.
• Maintain Cushman & Wakefield brand standards while allowing distinctive property brands.
