Job summary

Future PLC in Los Angeles is seeking a creative leader to shape Future’s global email strategy across premier digital brands. You’ll work with editorial, audience, product, design, and commercial teams to develop distinctive email products that engage readers and drive growth.

The role reports to the SVP Technology, Games, Audience Development & Content Strategy and offers benefits including medical, dental, 401k and profit sharing. Hybrid role with two days in the LA office.

Qualifications

• Professional background leading editorial, email, or audience content strategy in a digital publishing environment.
• Experience developing editorial, newsletter, or digital audience products with direct reader relationships.
• Creative judgment with a track record of turning audience insight into product concepts.

Responsibilities

• Identify white-space opportunities for new newsletters, email-first brands, and related audience products.
• Lead products from concept through testing, launch, and early optimization to ensure distinct market positioning.
• Strengthen priority newsletters by refining editorial structure, cadence, voice, and reader value proposition.
• Establish commissioning principles and editorial rhythms to help teams maintain high performance.
• Partner with technical and product leads to align technical capabilities with creative audience experiences.
• Advise cross-functional brand teams across Games, Technology, Homes, Wealth, and Lifestyle verticals.
