Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking a senior leader to drive development, integration, and validation of electrified propulsion torque path controls across vehicle programs. You will manage a globally distributed team, align objectives with programs, and ensure robust, scalable, production-ready control solutions.

The role requires extensive experience in controls development, systems engineering, and team management, with a focus on energy efficiency, performance, drivability, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in propulsion controls and embedded software development.
• 5+ years in technical leadership and people management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Powertrain Controls team.
• Plan, track, and deliver milestones with quality, timing, and cost targets.
• Identify resources and competencies for electrification programs.
• Provide technical direction on torque path control systems across powertrain domains.
• Support program reviews, assessments, and executive reporting.
• Contribute to strategic roadmaps for electrified propulsion torque management.
