Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a demanding Electrified Powertrain Torque Path Technical Manager to lead a team of Powertrain Controls Engineers in developing, integrating, and validating advanced torque path control systems for electrified propulsion across vehicle programs.

You will guide strategy, models, validation, and calibration efforts, ensuring scalable, production-ready solutions that meet energy, performance, drivability, and regulatory targets while advancing global electrification programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years propulsion controls and embedded software experience.
• 5+ years technical leadership and people management experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Powertrain Controls Engineers.
• Plan, track, and deliver program milestones with quality, timing, and cost targets.
• Define and integrate torque path control strategies across propulsion domains.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engines, motors, batteries, and software platforms.
• Drive strategic technology roadmaps for electrified propulsion torque management.
