Job summary

Stellantis in the Vehicle and Propulsion Controls group is seeking a talented Controls Manager in the United States to lead global planning, execution and program coordination for the Controls and SW platform solution in Electrified propulsion systems.

You will translate performance objectives into robust control features, work within PVPC to deliver high-quality solutions, and collaborate across programs in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years engineering experience, with 3+ years in automotive or electrified propulsion systems and related control units.
• Experience delivering high quality and robust technical solutions in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Support global planning, execution and program coordination of Controls and SW platform for Electrified propulsion systems.
• Translate performance objectives into control features and architectures, and validate functions against requirements.
• Collaborate with vehicle programs to ensure PVPC needs are met and timelines are respected.
