This executive will shape strategy, development, and expansion of prefabrication capabilities, partnering with leadership, preconstruction, PM, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in electrical construction prefabrication.
• Ability to build, scale, and transform a substantial prefabrication operation.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction means, methods, materials, assemblies and field installation.
• Experience integrating prefabrication with VDC/BIM, preconstruction, estimating and field operations.
• Proven ability to develop KPIs and accountability systems for prefabrication.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for all prefabrication operations and initiatives.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive prefabrication strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead development, expansion, and optimization of facilities and capabilities.
• Partner with preconstruction, estimating, operations, PM, VDC/BIM, and field leadership early in projects.
• Establish standardized processes for design, planning, production, and installation of prefabricated assemblies.
• Drive continuous improvement in production efficiency, quality, safety, and cost.
• Monitor KPIs, production output, labor, and schedule adherence.
• Evaluate and implement automation, equipment, and workflow improvements.
