Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in electrical construction prefabrication.
• Experience building or transforming large prefabrication operations.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction means, methods and installations.
• Experience integrating prefabrication with preconstruction, estimating, and field ops.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all prefabrication operations.
• Develop and execute long-term prefabrication strategy aligned with growth.
• Lead expansion and optimization of facilities and capabilities.
• Partner with preconstruction, estimating, operations, and field leadership.
• Establish KPIs and production standards for prefabrication.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, safety, and quality.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead prefabrication teams.
