Qualifications
- Significant leadership experience in electrical construction prefabrication preferred.
- Experience leading, building, scaling, or transforming a substantial prefabrication operation.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing-style production planning, workflow, quality control, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for all prefabrication operations and initiatives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive prefabrication strategy aligned with company growth.
- Lead development, expansion, and optimization of prefabrication facilities and capabilities.
- Partner with preconstruction, estimating, operations, project management, VDC/BIM, and field leadership to identify opportunities early in the project lifecycle.
- Establish standardized processes for identifying, designing, planning, producing, tracking, delivering, and installing prefabricated assemblies.
