Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions seeks a Director of Prefabrication to lead and scale electrical construction prefabrication in Reno, NV. This on-site leadership role reports to executive leadership and focuses on transforming prefab into a strategic operational advantage.

The successful candidate will develop long-term strategy, build capabilities, and partner across preconstruction, estimating, and field operations to improve productivity and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in electrical construction prefabrication.
• Experience building, scaling, or transforming a prefabrication operation.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction means, methods, materials, and field installation.
• Experience integrating prefabrication with VDC/BIM, preconstruction, estimating, project management, and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive prefabrication strategy aligned with company growth.
• Lead development and optimization of prefabrication facilities and capabilities.
• Partner with preconstruction, estimating, operations, project management, VDC/BIM, and field leadership to identify opportunities early.
• Establish standardized processes for design, planning, producing, delivering, and installing assemblies.
• Drive productivity, quality, safety, and cost improvements.
