Job summary

MilliporeSigma seeks an experienced Head of Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHSS) to lead the company’s EHS and security programs across the site. You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement, and oversee contracted security operations on site.

This is primarily an on-site role reporting to the Site Manager with periodic travel for audits; you will manage EMS (ISO 14001), OHSMS (ISO 45001), PSM activities, training, and incident investigations to protect people,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, OH&S, Chemical Engineering, or related EHS field.
• 3+ years in environmental, health, safety, and/or security roles.
• Experience managing ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 systems through audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ISO 14001 EMS and maintain conformance.
• Lead ISO 45001 OHSMS improvements and audits.
• Coordinate PSM program and PHAs.
• Manage security operations and contractor performance.
• Develop EHSS leadership and training programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across local, state, and federal levels.
